Trophy Discussion Meeting – 18th December

Well a great meeting today to discuss Trophy night. Note these details are not complete as we are still in  planning phase.

Flyers

Looking to get hotel to produce flyers for event

Trophy Night

Tickets must be paid for in advance (£20)

Refreshments and Buffet Lunch provided

-        We will identify how much the buffet would cost

Membership

£7 half season membership on the night

General

  • Trophy is coming up on 18th December
  • 2 security guards travelling with Trophy
  • Picked up at Aberdeen Airport
  • Direct to Meldrum House in Meldrum House minibus
  • Arrive at hotel and assist guards to check in to hotel

Time Event Start: 7:30 – 10:30 (this can be extended)

Raffle Tickets will be sold in advance of the event and on the night of the event.

7:30 – 7:45: Richard Mullen (15 minute introduction to cause and order of events for night)

7:45 – 10:45 Photos with the trophy for kids and others if possible

8:00 – 8:45 Raffle Prizes to be drawn

9:00 – 10:30 Auction (Richard Mullen)

Business Cards ordered

The Supporters Club have ordered 500 business cards to hand out to potential future members.

It was identified that we often meet people whilst traveling to matches but have no way of handing out information about the supporters club.

The first batch should arrive in approximately 2 weeks and fingers crossed they are of a good standard
